China sourcing / Worldwide projects

Source from China. Plan for your destination.

Furniture, kitchens and interiors for overseas developers, designers, importers and homeowners. Capital helps coordinate factory options, product decisions and shipment planning around your project.

Discuss your international order

A partner close to the suppliers

Work with Sai Jyothis, a Mandarin-speaking sourcing professional with 20+ years of experience in China, backed by Capital's 25+ years in China sourcing. Discuss specifications and supplier questions directly, with inspection and shipment coordination included in the agreed scope.

Your destination comes first

Share the delivery country, city and postal code, intended use and installation requirements. We confirm the approvals and documents needed with you and your local project team before products are selected.

One clear purchasing schedule

Bring items from several suppliers into a shared schedule. Record quantities, finishes, approved drawings, readiness dates and packing details so changes can be tracked before shipment.

Compare the cost of the complete order

Request separate figures for goods, sourcing services, samples, inspections, packing, collection, storage where needed, freight and insurance. Identify import charges, brokerage and final delivery separately. Confirm which costs are quoted and which remain estimates.

Can orders from different suppliers ship together?

Consolidation can be planned around supplier readiness, packed volume and the shipping route. Agree where goods will be received, the checks at receipt, storage and handling charges, and a cut-off date for dispatch. A late item may require storage or a later shipment.

Who handles customs and final delivery?

We do. We deliver door to door to any destination, and a licensed customs broker handles clearance. You are the importer of record, but we handle the whole process for you. Record the agreed shipping terms and named destination in the quotation. Check unloading access and installation responsibilities with your local team.
