CAPITALEXPORTS & IMPORTS

Privacy notice

Updated 29 October 2026.

Capital Exports & Imports uses the information you provide to respond to sourcing enquiries and manage project discussions. Contact sai@capitalexim.com or write to Tower B, #2003, Lucky City, Lecong, Foshan, Guangdong, China.

Information you provide

The enquiry form collects your name, email, company if supplied, destination, budget, timing, phone number if supplied and project requirements. Hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery, security and spam prevention. Required fields help us respond; you can contact us by email instead.

How the information is used

We use enquiry details to answer your request, prepare sourcing discussions and follow up on that enquiry. Where applicable, this supports steps you request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing the website. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and project coordination

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. The existing trade portal uses Google Firebase for account access and project information. If your enquiry progresses, relevant specifications may need to be shared with sourcing colleagues, suppliers or logistics providers to prepare the requested service. Please leave unnecessary personal information out of project descriptions.

International processing and retention

We work across countries, including China. Website and portal providers may process information outside your country. Contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, becomes an order, or must be kept for applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. You can ask us to review or delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Contact sai@capitalexim.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, receive a copy of your data, or complain to your local data protection authority. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us with your request and the relevant circumstances.

Cookies and browser storage

With your permission, public marketing pages use Google Analytics to measure page visits, successful enquiries, email clicks and WhatsApp clicks. Analytics is blocked until you accept. We do not send enquiry field contents, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics. Page URLs sent by this integration exclude query strings and fragments. Google may process usage and device information outside your country. Analytics cookies and your preference last up to six months. Reject analytics or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer. We do not enable advertising personalization. See Google's privacy policy. The trade portal uses browser storage for sign-in and application features. Hosting and spam-protection services may process technical data needed to provide their services. Following an email or WhatsApp link opens the relevant external service, whose privacy terms apply.
