A home project, day by day

This is an example seven-day itinerary, adjusted to each buyer. The first three days focus on furniture: two for selecting and one for finalizing. The remaining days bring the rest of the home into the plan.

The 5-7 days refer to procurement during your visit. Manufacturing and delivery follow the order milestones confirmed for your purchases.

Keep travel and purchasing budgets separate

Trip support typically costs about £1,500–£2,000 per person including flights. The final cost varies by departure city and budget.

We can arrange a visa invitation letter, flight and hotel booking, local transport, food and a professional translator. These arrangements are charged separately. Confirm your travel preferences and the agreed support before booking.

Our 5% sourcing fee is calculated on product value. It is separate from trip support. Product costs, sourcing services and travel arrangements should each be clear in your budget.

A visa invitation letter does not guarantee a visa. Buyers should check the current entry rules for their passport before committing to travel.

Arrive with a brief you can use

• Measured floor plans and a room-by-room shopping list with quantities.
• An appliance list with model details, dimensions and installation information.
• Reference pictures and preferred colors, materials and finishes.
• A purchasing budget with the currency clearly stated, plus a separate travel budget.
• Your delivery country, site address and access details.
• Requirements from your designer, installer or importing team.

Send these ahead with your preferred travel period and the number of buyers joining you. We can then discuss which visits fit the brief.

2. Place the order. Pay a 50% deposit to start the order. Record the milestones and responsibilities in the purchasing arrangements.
3. Check the goods. We take care of quality control inspection. The next payment is 30% after factory video confirmation of your finished goods.
4. Bring the goods together. We take care of consolidation, warehousing, shipping and customs clearance through a licensed customs broker.
5. Receive at your site. We deliver door to door to your site. The remaining 20% is due on delivery.

How much should I budget for trip support?
